Course Description:
The Self-Regulation and Awareness Course consists of video based, self-paced modules. There is a quiz after each lesson and participants cannot proceed to the next lesson in the course until they score an 80% or higher on each of the previous lessons.
Additionally, there are recommended assignments that allow participants to apply the concepts taught in each lesson to ensure their ability to apply the subject matter. Participants that successfully pass all the lessons in the course will earn a certification upon course completion.
Course Objectives:
The objective of the course is to empower participants with the tools needed to govern their emotions, modify their mindsets, and maintain their discipline for the purpose of working more effectively with others and improving their self-image. The course aims to call attention to negative and unproductive behaviors, while accentuating the behaviors that are most helpful to personal and professional success.
